PURPOSE:
We are searching for young talents and will enable on scene. We shall grass-root children's and popular Bulgarian song. We maintain good taste at young people to the best samples of world song.

THE CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION :

Right for participate in “DUNAV STARS" have individual singers by age till 25 years old and participants of vokal groups –till 18 years old. Competition will start on
15.07.2009 to 18.07.2009. In city Silistra/Bulgaria /

Compulsory repertoar 3 songs:

Song on native language

Song as to the choice

Acapella  /1 min/

Appearance alive and the accompanying  is supposed to be ONLY under SD and MD with the ideal quality of sound.The duration of song not above 4 minutes.Inadmissibly duplication of the voice of the singer! The number of appearances is determined by lot.Inadmissibly beckvockals in the musical accompanying of vokal groups!

1st chapter – individual executors
Group as to age:
1 Group 6-10 years old
2 Group 11-13 years old
3 Group 14-17 years old
4 Group 18-25 years old                                                                                           

2nd chapter – vokal groups –duets, trio, quartets and vokal groups
One group to age :

ADJUDICATION:
Each participant or group will be envalued by jury estimates  six criteria by open balloting. International jury is from seven members. Members jury, except chairman, have no right to estimate participant from own country. The final result of each participant is formed middle aritmetic.In case, that two or any more participant have similar result, then chairman of the jury has right of veto.

GRAND PRIX – statuette and monetary bonus
I, II, III places in every age group;

The special prize of the mayor of city Silistra ;

Prizes from company "Melody 2001" for bright scene  Embodiment

Prize for best complex representation

Prize for the best execution of Bulgarian song ;

Prize for the best execution of foreign song ;

The prizes of firms, promoters and competitions.

All participants of competition gain diplomas for participation.

All , singers received award places, participate in Gala concert.They are determinated by jury’s decision.

The copy of passport and testimony about birth.

FINANCE:
All taxes as to trip of and stay in city Silistra, visas and insurences at the expense of the participants of competition.

The organizers of competition have right for record on video, audio
 record, photograph with a view toward the competition publicity. The organizers of competition have right to make changes and to complement the conditions of competition with notice about it on the competition page.
